Mormon Tabernacle Choir Christmas Concert

Christmas on Temple Square
The annual Christmas concert by the Mormon Tabernacle Choir and Orchestra at Temple Square, this year featuring Rolando Villazon as guest artist, will be held this year on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, December 8, 9, and 10. Mack Wilberg and Ryan Murphy will conduct the concerts.
A limited number of promotional tickets are being given away through the Choir’s social media channels. Information on how to obtain these free tickets is communicated through the Choir’s free weekly newsletter. Individuals can subscribe here
Standby seating is available for each of the evening concerts on December 8, 9, 10.
- The line forms at the flagpole by the Tabernacle each evening.
- Individuals are seated in the Tabernacle to wait.
- As seats are available in the Conference Center, patrons are taken there.
- For those who don’t get Conference Center seats, the concert is shown on the screens in the Tabernacle.
SOLD OUT Free tickets are required for this event but there is a limit of 4 per order.
Tickets will NOT be distributed through a random selection process this year. Similar to the Pioneer Day concerts and the First Presidency Christmas Devotional, tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis until they are gone. Tickets will be distributed on Saturday, October 15, beginning at 10:00 a.m. mountain daylight time.
Tickets will be available exclusively online at lds.org/events. No phone or in-person ticket requests will be available.
Admission is limited to those age 8 and older unless otherwise noted.
